Dr. Emily is the Owner & Founder of Bluebell Natural Medicine, a boutique naturopathic clinic located in the charming small town of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She graduated with her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in Halifax. As the partner of a conventional medicine healthcare worker, she understands and respects the values of both conventional and naturopathic medicine and knows that they work best when in conjunction. Her passion lies in preventative medicine and she utilizes natural therapies such as clinical nutrition/nutraceuticals, botanical medicine, lifestyle counselling, acupuncture, and more in her practice.

Dr. Emily has a focus in practice on women’s health and reproductive care. She treats a variety of health concerns, including:

— Fertility (natural fertility and assisted reproduction – IVF, IUI, FET, etc)

— Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postpartum care

— PCOS, Endometriosis/Adenomyosis, Thyroid conditions, PMS, PMDD

— Peri/menopause care

— Skin health (acne, eczema, rosacea)

Dr. Emily has a passion for providing empathetic, evidence-based care that empowers women to feel confident and supported on their hormonal health journey.
